Monty Python was not a typical comedy troupe, and their movies weren't standard fare either. So it was no surprise that the record they put out for their movie The Holy Grail wouldn't be just a bunch of score slapped onto some vinyl. Instead they released The Album Of The Soundtrack Of The Trailer Of The Film Of Monty Python And The Holy Grail. It was really a comedy album that featured scenes from the movie intercut with some sketches and the "premiere" of the film.

After losing their lead singer, Gordon "Nobby" Clark, the Bay City Rollers quickly rebounded and found Leslie McKeown was even boy bandier than ole' Nobby. They finally got a #1 song in the U.K. with a remake of the Four Seasons' "Bye Bye Baby." U.S. domination was next thanks to star-maker Clive Davis (who signed Barry Manilow, Aerosmith, and every other person who can write a song). If you missed them this time around, we hope you caught their 1978 TV series, The Bay City Rollers Show. Must See TV indeed!
