Kudos to katna24 for what she said. I totally agree with her, leave things alone the way that God made you.

I agree with katna24: leave alone what God has given you and the way that He made you, for we are all made in His image, don't change God's image. We're all beautiful in His sight and that is all that matters: what He thinks.

I think women would want Angelina's lips whether men found them sexy or not. The thing is our society allows women to wish they had the qualities of other women. But men are not supposed to say "Oh, I want Vin Diesel's body. Men just don't do that. Women are more allowed to have "girl" crushes than men. And we are not talking about burn victims here. I think it is safe to say that anyone would be happy for another person who was really improved from plastic surgery. Watch Extreme Makeover, for example. I get giddy everytime I see an overweight mother of 4 coming down the steps looking like one of the Desperate Housewives. We are talking about people who blow there money on all these micro-procedures that once you put it on one face, it's a mess. If you're going to get your nose done, leave your eyes alone. Aging can already mess with your looks without science making it worse. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to have a smaller nose and a more of an upper lip. But that wouldn't turn me into a freak show when I'm 75. Remember, everything is ok in moderation but at some point you have to walk away.

i think plastic surgery is dumb unless for med. reasons you should NOT do it. I mean realy are you worried that much about what people think of you REALY. Its your face and your body and if you are happy that is all that matters. If a person does not like what they see they dont have to look at you. Thats just my opion

As for Angelina...She is beautiful and does alot of good things but....you can't step on someone elses marrage like she did Jennifers.... Karma is Karma... it will prevail...

Janice Dickinson is abosultely hideous. She should have just let herself age gracefully. Same with Lisa Rinna, EEEWWWW. theres nothing wrong with getting older. Its a beautiful thing that people have made into a bad thing. Its part of life and people just look even uglier trying to stop it.

Katna24- To say that anyone who has plastic surgery is fake, is mean-spirited and judgemental. What about children born with cleft lip/palatte? They usually have "plastic surgery" to correct they way they eat, swallow, sometimes breathe, as well as how they look. And what about burn victims? They almost always have "plastic surgery" to cover their wounds, regain movement, and often to try to look "normal" again. There are many reasons someone has plastic surgery. Some are superficial reasons, but many more are valid health reasons. So you really need to think hard before you make judgements. After all, isn't that GOD's job?

Wow...in all fairness, some of these pictures have 20 & 30 years difference between the "then and now" pictures. SOME changes are about "Time", not surgical procedures. You can't stop the clock...maybe just slow it down.

Clearly, the blame for women's insecurities does not fall squarely on the shoulders of one woman. Where it does fall is all over the media hype these "unnaturally" beautiful women get--whether it's natural or not. Let's face it. If men did not go gaga over Angie's lips or Jenn's cuteness then women all over the world would NOT feel the need to slice and dice themselves to look different. All it boils down to is the fact that women feel insecure thanks to photoshopped images of celebrities and models flooding movies, magazines and tv, in addition to the trivial trash published in magazines (such as "how to get a guy to ask you out articles"). It's broken down women's self confidence to the point where they will buy any product, any shampoo or makeup they can to make them look better. Cosmetic surgery is taking it to the farthest extremes, so it's likely these women are the ones are the most insecure.
