100 center street; great cast; well drawn characters and decent plot lines. Too smart?

My Name is Earl is one of the funniest shows ever. and when i say "ever", i'm going back to when tv was still black and white and there were only 3 major channels. the cast is amazing, the writing is top notch and yet the pinheads at NBC can't recognize that. no wonder they are in the pooper in the overall viewer ratings war.

Hands down, Firefly. I have yet to see another show with such an interesting universe, broad character arc, enticing actors, and a storyline so good it could have branched any number of ways (not just the way it went in the movie "Serenity"). Sadly, Fox execs did not like the show; in its only season, they aired most of the episodes out of order (confusing some viewers) and pre-empted the program numerous times, cutting any momentum the show gained along the way... then used low ratings as an excuse to cancel the show. Fox would not sell the rights to any other network, but fans created such a buzz after its cancellation that Fox released the movie rights to Paramount; and without any significant star power or significant advertising, the movie made $28 million in 3 weeks on the big screen. It went on to make millions more in DVD sales and rentals and remains rated as one of the top Sci-Fi shows/movies of all time.
Truly, if the episodes are watched in order, they paint such a beautiful universe it is easy to see why Firefly had and still has so many fans.

I agree with hollomaster. Family Guy was not only cancelled once, but twice! How did it now make the list? I kept expecting to see it. I think this list was kind of lame.

I liked Cop Rock; had a "Je ne sais quoi" that most people didn't get...

What about Family Guy? It was cancelled by the short-sighted idiots at Fox that also cancelled Futurama. Due to being aired on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim and DVD sales, Family Guy was put back into production and is still going strong.
