Do you know what I think is so hysterical every time I watch the movie? It's how impressed Chunk is by the "ORV" - they're a dime a dozen now! And how the Frazelli mom tells the son to "throw it into FOUR WHEEL DRIVE" on the beach scene in the opening- like it's such a big deal! Love it.

I remember watching this movie being made. I was one of the lucky ones to have been able to watch parts of it live as it was being made right next to my house(the first big car chase in the beginning). I still go to the bowling alley that chunk smashed his milkshake against the window on.

I LOVE the Goonies!! It's a timeless classic as far as I'm concerned. I've watched it with my children and my grandchildren...whoever will watch it with me!!:)
Thanks for doing this update on the cast! It's great to see how they look now and what they have accomplished!

I enjoyed the original movie...
A sequel could involve the development of the tintin book flight 714? to take the adventure into a more serious adult area...
(I hear speilberg is developing the tintin books)

Last year I got to meet Cory. There was a screening of the goonies at an older theater and he was there signing autographs, it was so cool! They had an original film of the movie so it was all scratchy like when I was a kid watching movies. Cory was so nice too. he has aged really well. I still watch the movie often and now I have a signed DVD version and an even better memory for when im super old.
