"There Goes the Neighborhood," 2009
Just when you thought there weren't any more good reality show ideas out there, CBS brings us "There Goes the Neighborhood." The network went all-out to create the perfect environment for the contestants, building a 20-foot-high wall around eight houses in the suburb of Kennesaw, Georgia. There, eight families will compete in challenges over the course of three weeks for a $250,000 cash prize.
Will the stay-at-home dad and his wife beat the contractor and software company service manager? How will the single mom hold up against the lesbian couple? We can't wait to see. We can only imagine (and hope) that tensions will be high among the neighbors, just like when the Jeffersons moved in next door to the Bunkers. Now that's good TV, and it inspired us to take a look back at some of the most famous neighbors in TV history.
