There is so much pressure for women to look "perfect" which is why women end up having plastic surgery and or having eating disorders... In this world, it is important for women to "look good." I am a woman and I have personally experienced being treated "better" and getting more "perks" when I am looking my best than when I am looking just "regular" or "not looking so sexy." It's a shame, but it's true... The better a woman looks, then the better she is treated in this society.

I'm not against plastic surgery. I know that some people have it for obvious but private reasons... after weight loss, to remove loose flaps etc.
But I do wonder about some who seem to have it purely for appearances.
There seems to be an element of insecurity there, that they will not be as liked (by others, by themselves, or both) unless they do something about their physical appearance.
And it's not enough to say they might need it to keep in work.
We have a culture of youthful appearance that focuses on the superficial but that has nothing to recommend it. If enough people refused the trend to have PS, it would become less popular and people would be allowed to look like themselves, not like someone they wish they looked like.

Sorry, Dr. Stephen Fletcher did my chin and removed the fat from under my chin and some recent eye work have to give gredit where credit is due, however Dr Michael Kelley is the best at noses in Miami, you can never even tell that it has been altered with becauses he does not go overboard, very conservative, unlike the many othe so-called plastic surgeons who just take your money and they decide what look is best for your face. Lastly, regarding my comment about Michelle from miami Beach Laser spa, I must confesss, I personally would never go to her for Botox again, you are better off paying more, read between the lines... everyone dilutes the botox, however, some dilute it more than others , so you get what you pay for, less money=less Botox....

Any improvement would be good for JOAN ( OMG my plastic fell again)Rivers. Why are most of these people in dollywood so shallow. They have their fame and our money, so they should go gracefully into the night. They just do not get it, your 2 years of fame are done, then they get put on STUPID PILLS and do really dumb things. If you just live a cleaner life style, eat properly, drink lots of water, and relax, life will be good to you. REMEMBER as you age so do all your fans and the people that are around you. they do not see the change, they are changing also

everyone of these hollywood types could save alot of money and sorrow by doing just one thing. break all the mirrors in there house. then they dont need to worry about what they look like and get on with their pety lives.

I personally would love to have a little nip & tuck done to enhance what I've been blessed with. After having babies I think for me it's necessary so I can continue to look my optimum best.

i always take other people's feelings into consideration when making a PERSONAL decision. If it is not concerning them in any way why bother??? read between the lines....
