The queen of the famous for being famous, Paris. Sure she has perfumes and jewelry lines, CDs and TV shows, but we all know it's true. Paris is famous because she's rich. Heir to the Hilton hotel fortune, she's led a charmed life with things handed to her on a 24 carat gold plated diamond encrusted platter. And try as she might to mess it up (including several DUIs, her less-than-G-rated "One Night In Paris" video, and jail time) Paris lands on her feet. The 2007 Guinness Book Of World Records cites Paris as the world's "Most Overrated Celebrity." We would have to agree.
