10. (Tie) "Hotel"
This weekly drama, set at San Francisco's fictitious St. Gregory Hotel, was based on Alex Haley' 1965 novel Hotel. The series followed the lives of the staff and the guests that stayed there. Series regulars Victoria Cabot (Anne Baxter), Peter McDermott (James Brolin), Christine Francis (Connie Sellecca), and Julie Gillette (Shari Belafonte) welcomed guest stars including Johnny Depp, Dick Van Patten, Heather Locklear, and Morgan Fairchild.
