2. "A Different World"
"A Different World" focuses primarily on former Cosby Show regular Lisa Bonet in her familiar role as Denise Huxtable, 19-year-old daughter of Cleveland obstetrician Cliff Huxtable (Bill Cosby). Having enrolled in Hillman College, Denise is now living in the Gilbert Hall dorm with her two roommates: Maggie Lawton (Marisa Tomei) and Jaleesa Vinson (Dawnn Lewis). Much of the fun arises from level-headed Denise's tiltings with her neighbor across the hall, the wealthy, spoiled, and arrogant Whitley Gilbert (Jasmine Guy). ~ Hal Erickson, All Movie Guide

She lost her temper at some photographers and threw laptops off a balcony at a theater. They hit two women below. One in her 80's and one in her 90's. Fortunately they were not harmed. There are two sides to every story. "
