you left out Chad Everett as Dr. Joe Gannon on Medical Center which in it's time was the longest medical drama in the history of prime time (from 1969 to 1976), and my mother was just in love with Vince Edwards as Dr. Ben Casey (1961 TO 1966). Denzel Washngton and Mark Harmon from St Elsewhere, Pernell Roberts as Trapper John McIntire and Gregory Harrison from Trapper John MD and James Brolin as Dr Steven Kiley on Marcus Welby MD

Now with Scrubs' move to ABC, we've reviewed our fantasy medical records and made a list of the physicians we'd trust with our lives — and some who should be sued for malpractice.
