Hi Ms Turner,
I don't know whether or not this will get to you or not but I was laying in bed last night feeling so low and out of contact with myself and couldn't get to sleep. Then I remember seeing your movie about your life and at first I didn't get the chant right but I remembered "renge kyo" so I made up the first part and just saying over and over and all of a sudden my mind was quiet and I fell asleep. Thank you!
This morning I went on line to get the correct version and I am now saying it over and over until I can do it for memory and hopefully it will help my mind to quiet down. I have an anxiety disorder where everything just loops arounds and never shuts off.
