I said "I knew Davy would be on this list. Even though "The Monkees" debuted in 1966, the 1986 reunion tour and TV show being re-run on MTV brought an entire new generation of fans. There were more girls, like their mothers 20 years earlier, who were swooning over Davy, Micky, Peter and Mike. I was shocked that Christopher Atkins didn't make the top 10, though. He's most famous for "The Blue Lagoon", but I LOVED him as Frederic in "The Pirate Movie" and his song "How Can I Live Without Her", which made the charts in the early 80's. I like Shaun Cassidy and still have his album to this day, but I don't think he's number 1. Johnny Depp seems to have the "longevity" of any of the top 10, over 25 years, so I think that should make him number 1."
